1 Scope of application
Our general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store.
2 Conclusion of contract
2.1 Ordering several gift certificates / packages
If you order more than one gift voucher / package from our online store at the same time, we assume that you are interested in all the gift vouchers and/or packages ordered, even if one or more of these vouchers / packages are temporarily unavailable. If this is not the case, please contact us by telephone before placing your order.
2.2 Your order / Order acceptance deadline
A legal link is created when you click on the “confirm order” button in the order wizard of our online store (i.e. when you are still in the product selection phase, when you indicate the quantity of each respective product you wish to order, or if you click on “basket”, “add to basket”, “order”, when you choose the payment method, this is not considered a firm order, and is therefore NOT LEGALLY BINDING). Before clicking on the “Confirm order” button, you can view the contents of your order and make changes at any time.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been processed. This e-mail will contain the contents of your order.
You have the option of extracting both our terms and conditions and the contents of your order, before placing your order, and saving it in a reproducible form. Our terms and conditions can be found under “GTC Boutique Villa Seren” and downloaded. To register your order, click on the “Confirm order” button.
2.3 Our acceptance of your order
We constantly strive to satisfy your order for gift vouchers and/or packages.
In rare cases where the product ordered is not immediately or no longer available, we may limit the acceptance of your order to other products equivalent in value.
2.4 Personalization
In the case of gift vouchers that you can personalize, the following provisions apply:
You are responsible for the accuracy of the content as well as the legal admissibility of the content you wish to add for the said personalization of a product, in particular the names mentioned.
We are under no obligation to examine the content you submit for errors or violations of applicable law, third-party rights and/or compliance with the warranties you provide. In the event of justified suspicion of infringement of applicable law and/or the rights of third parties, we are entitled to delete the content transmitted and cancel the order.
The same applies if your content conflicts with our business interests and/or those of our suppliers and business partners. You are liable to us for all damages resulting from the use of the content you provide. You indemnify us against all claims by third parties.
3 Payment

4 Saving the contract text
We save the text of the contract and send you the order details and General Terms and Conditions by e-mail.
In the case of gift vouchers, we store them until the expiry of the statute of limitations.
5 Contract language
The language of the contract is French.
6 Gift certificates / packages
6.1 Contents
You can purchase from us (electronically or on paper) a Gift Voucher / Package which entitles you, after payment of the total amount, to reserve the corresponding activity (e.g. Spa treatment, hotel stay) for the amount of the voucher, to be used at Villa Seren.
Under the heading “Activities / Packages”, images illustrate the activities. These images are purely illustrative.
6.2 Assignment / Beneficiary of the Gift Voucher / Use of the Activity Gift Voucher
Gift Certificates are transferable. Any person may, within the framework of the modification of the Gift Certificate, proceed to the modification of the beneficiary. To do so, please contact Villa Seren.
The Gift Voucher may only be used at Villa Seren, and not at third parties.
By using the Gift Voucher, it is automatically converted into purchase value, to be redeemed at Villa Seren, which will perform the service designated by the Gift Voucher. The Gift Voucher must be picked up and presented when the service is performed. In order to carry out the service corresponding to the Gift Voucher, you must contact Villa Seren, whose contact details were given to you at the time of purchase of the Gift Voucher.
6.3 Implementation of the activity / Validity of conditions
The implementation of the activity is the responsibility of Villa Seren, which assumes full and complete responsibility. Villa Seren’s contractual terms and conditions (including its general terms and conditions and cancellation policy), as well as the rules governing the running of the activity, shall apply.
For efficient organization of the activity, we would like to draw your attention to the following:
It is absolutely necessary to make a reservation with Villa Seren.
As availability varies greatly from season to season, we advise you to agree on a date with Villa Seren as soon as possible. Gift vouchers are valid all year round, except July and August.
Please take the gift voucher with you to present to Villa Seren.
6.4 Prescription
La revendication d’un Bon-Cadeau expire à la fin de la troisième année civile. Le fait de transférer ou de modifier le Bon-Cadeau ne permet pas une extension de la prescription et ne fait pas non plus démarrer un nouveau délai de prescription.
6.4 Statute of limitations
The claim to a Gift Voucher expires at the end of the third calendar year. Transferring or modifying the Gift Certificate does not extend the statute of limitations, nor does it start a new statute of limitations.
7 Cancellation
You have the right to cancel any orders you have placed with our online store (hereinafter referred to as “this contract”).
7.1 Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is :
for the purchase of Gift Vouchers / Packages, 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right, you must inform us (La Villa Seren -SAS HOTEL la Bonbonniere 1111 avenue du Touring Club de France 40150 HOSSEGOR tel : 05.58.58.00.55), by a clear statement (registered mail), of your withdrawal from the contract.
To ensure that the deadline is respected, simply notify us of your decision to withdraw before the end of the withdrawal period.
7.2 Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, no later than 14 days from the date we received notification of your cancellation of this contract with us.
For refunds, we will use the same method of payment you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed; under no circumstances will you be required to pay any charges in connection with the refund.
Please note that cancellation of the contract invalidates the use of the gift voucher/ package which is the subject of this contract.
7.3 Conditions for acceptance of cancellation
Cancellation will only be accepted if the withdrawal period has been respected, full payment of the voucher has been validated, the applicant has been duly identified and correlated with the original contactor of the transaction or his/her assigns, and the voucher has not been used.
